Be Mindful of Self-Care
Use this ten minute Tapping routine 2 or 3 times a day when feelings of strong and debilatating anxiety or overwhelm kick in. Then use daily for a while.
You are in control therefore you can decide how often you need to practice this routine. Make it part of your daily routine.
A ripple effect is experienced and all relationships can improve. e.g.
- You are in control. You have the power to manage and lower intense feelings of stress, anxiety, helplessness and overwhelm.
- Your relationships; marriage, partner or business relationships all have an opportunity to improve.
- Your new baby or toddler will feel more secure, be potentially less demanding; your child will sense calm and more love coming from you.
