IMPORTANT: Stress and Anxiety is triggered by an event, specific words or a memory from the past. Tapping can and will lower stress levels. To discover the core reason for this limiting pattern of behaviour it is recommended you work with a qualified practitioner who can help you to clear the issue.
- Consider the issue
- Where do you feel it in your body?
- Describe the feeling. Is it e.g. sharp, squidgy, dull?
- Can you give it a colour?
- Has it a size?
Consider the issue, be specific and quite short in length, use words TRUE to you and change the words as necessary.
The first two rounds are very repetitive- then you can adapt to say what is true to you.
