Root Cause Analysis

My purpose as a Lifestyle Prescriptions® Health Coach is to be the stepping stone for you to discover the root cause of your physical health problem.
There will have been times of despair when a chronic complaint flairs.
Not again! Why am I sick? How has this happened?

I support and guide you through the process as you take back control of your health. You will understand the links between emotions and life events.

Finding the root cause can often be straightforward, and the steps necessary for improved physical health are achieved in fluid stages.

If there are several health issues going on, one step at a time is required. Patience, effort, the uncovering of layers of stress, the removal of emotional trauma, or the clearing of negative beliefs are all part of the process.
Because, the Mind, Body connection is real and deserves respect.
This is NOT a quick fix .

My skills as a Lifestyle Prescriptions® Health Coach come into play, using all my learning and protocols, plus favoured techniques which offer wondrous results.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, Tapping), Matrix ReImprinting, Reiki, and any other tools and techniques I believe will help.

There will be homework between sessions, vital to maintain positive change. And you take home a toolbox of these practices and skills , and use them if stressors rear and challenge .
