Tip 1. Consider what is holding you back from success and if you recognise emotional discomfort, you’re on the right track. Tip 2. Be honest with yourself. If you choose transformation, start with the negative aspect shouting loudest! Tip 3. The negative needs cleared! Unless it is cleared it jumps up and bites again and again gaining in strength. Tip 4. If you are under strain, eventually your body WILL show you the signs. Acknowledging this could be your first step… Tip 5. You and only you, can give yourself permission to address the brick wall, and enable the belief system to work in your favour.
