It’s that time of year again so out comes my Tapping routine to see you through the festive season with credibility intact!
A couple of helpful tips:
- girls never try to cover all bases; it usually doesn’t work
- accept help when offered or just ask 🙂
Ok when we rate our fear/anger/worry around the issue – O is low – 10 means Action Time!
We state very specifically where we feel distress in our body eg in our head, on our shoulders, in our legs e.g. this deep sickening feeling in my gut/ this headache that just won’t let up
