In 2013 I wrote my first book: Survive and Thrive after Trauma. It was the book I was never going to write. The autobiographical first section of the book kept causing me emotional pain and all of a sudden, I knew I had to write it down. [Read more…] about Survive and Thrive after Trauma

Have you been hit by big emotional trauma?
I finally wrote my book ‘Survive and Thrive after Trauma‘ 10 years after some pretty rough, tough, sad and stunningly shocking life experiences.
Check it out if you
- struggle with Moving On.
- believe you don’t deserve better.
- seem paralysed and unable to take that first important step.
Life is for the living; why remain crippled by ghastly stuff from the past? For those of you who are not in a comfortable place with some form of acceptance of a worthwhile future; if you are quietly disturbed and don’t know how to move on, then my book certainly can be useful to you.
Life can hold some rubbish scenarios for us to wade through and my contented and seemingly normal family life managed to get slammed by these 3 beauties. (I have generalised the situations to be meaningful for a wider audience).
- The death of a loved one holding you in a tight vice of immobility.
- A ghastly messy divorce or relationship breakdown which makes you fear to try again.
- Your life is ruled by an alcoholic.
My book ‘may be just the tool to help you to Move On.
Life is a beautiful thing; get out there and grab it why don’t you?
But pleasures are like poppies spread:
You seize the flower, its bloom is shed;
Or like the snow falls on the river,
A moment white -then melts forever.
The book is available from my website, and
I offer Emotional and Energy Healing; my website is Hampshire-EFT. I coach, offer guidance and more importanly I guide you to a place of self-empowerment.
It’s that time of year again so out comes my Tapping routine to see you through the festive season with credibility intact!
A couple of helpful tips:
- girls never try to cover all bases; it usually doesn’t work
- accept help when offered or just ask 🙂
Ok when we rate our fear/anger/worry around the issue – O is low – 10 means Action Time!
We state very specifically where we feel distress in our body eg in our head, on our shoulders, in our legs e.g. this deep sickening feeling in my gut/ this headache that just won’t let up

I had a chat with this man in Quiberon, Brittany on Sunday and asked him what he thought might lie in store for me in 2014. He looked a reliable sort and I felt he’d seen much in his life.
