When you attend my 75 minutes Gratitude and Empowerment Workshop you will begin 2021 with positive intention.
You will greet this year with added purpose and resolve, tools to ease anxieties, all sustained with a stronger understanding of the Mind Body connection, so that emotional and physical health are in balance.
