1. EFT routine: An Introduction to EFT Audio routines for Weight and Stress Management
A Practice Taster to explain what goes on during a short EFT Tapping routine; the two focussed Tapping Audios hone in on the feelings more specifically. Use them, become more confident and then Rinse and Repeat (adapt with your own words) to help you keep on track. Perfect for that quick fix to reduce anxiety levels when you may be struggling with big stress and wondering how you can avoid comfort eating.
Key Point about EFT
EFT Tapping helps to reduce stress and anxiety; success is much easier to achieve, confidence grows and a positive energy can be felt.

2. EFT Tapping routine: Weight Management when stressed (2)
We go straight into the routine; remember that you can use finger points too – very discreet!! Repeat my words and once you feel comfortable and can appreciate this therapy then Wash and Repeat which means that you adapt the words to suit your needs. (I do stop fairly snappily at the end…… please continue with your Visualisation for a few more moment).
3. EFT routine: When life’s upsets and challenges are causing much stress (3)
This quick fix can be used when you are feeling very stressed, when a life situation needs dealt with or tension needs released. You are then free to deal more successfully with what is going on. The routine starts straight away and ends fairly sharlpy. (I tap on technology limitations and irritations!)
4. A Visualisation: Empowering you to better (4)
For inner strength, positivity and an ability to gain confidence in all you choose to achieve.
To find out how to clear those repeating negative patterns of behaviour it is necessary to work at a much deeper, subconscious level with a trained practitioner. The results really can be life-changing. Mobile: 07917 680967.
