When Christmas Overwhelm kicks in it’s time to consider EFT Tapping. This often miraculous technique can quickly lower the stress and anxiety spikes which may threaten to spoil Festive pleasures. To allow the potential for good health and joy, then it’s best to avoid the negativity of Christmas Overwhelm which can reach out and bite you over this somewhat crazy season.
I have joined forced with several Complementary therapists from Rowlands Castle. We organised a Talk where we shared our specialist skills to folks in the village.
Our aim: to share Tips so that you enjoy Christmas, manage overwhelm and stay healthy.
Here are four of my EFT and Christmas related Blog Posts, including Video and a Visualisation. One post ‘Changing habits can be quicker than you think‘ is packed full of information. The Tapping routines can help you to reduce stress over the often frantic Christmas build-up; and of course will help at any other time of the day, week, month or year.
Five or ten minutes of Tapping really does have the ability to help you to feel better; you can then get on with the things you want to do.
