
I am highlighting the 1st Week of my Autumn Weight Loss Challenge. This is a personal Keeping Accountable series of Blogs. It’s also my first Weigh-In. I am a Holistic practitioner helping others To Feel Better by dealing with the real reasons for underlying Stress and Anxiety.
My Posts offer much of what you might want to know; the potential uncovering of underlying reasons why you are still struggling with your own weight issues. My posts are #realworld and offer Hints and Tips and a strong sense that we can only try to do our best. Self-Sabotage is highlighted and I ask you to avoid this Inner Critic at all costs.
My Weigh-In
- I have lost 4 pounds. Yippiteedodah!
- I am delighted.
- I did not step onto the scales till day 8.
I started this Healthy Eating, Drinking and Exercise regime when I finally found a window of opportunity. Beforehand, and for a very long time I was not remotely interested. (I was not pleased about my weight or shape though!) Key Point: Do Not Stress, Plan to Succeed.
I did not wish or want to over stretch myself. My life is busy; one step at a time so I have focussed on my Eating regime first.
Why have I been blogging about my health kick?
Because I have put it off for ages and must do something to keep accountable. (I do Blogs for my business too).
The Excuses:
- No time – 2 Jobs. Hampshire -EFT and Rowlands-Castle-BnB.
- It was the summer and the summer is for getting out! I do my Blogging and Therapy work mainly during Spring, Autumn and Winter. Greater enjoyment eating and partaking in more Sparkly wine. Eating way too late during the summer evenings which was not always a good choice. It now seems to affect my sleeping pattern too.
Sadly I havea body which does not adapt well to any of the above.
