Much of my Holistic Practice and Mentoring sessions revolve around a love, appreciation and understanding of Self. I help you to ease areas of emotional challenge. When you better understand yourself you then ease stress and anxiety around all other relationships and the interaction within those relationships.

When you feel better, understand aspects of what makes you tick then stress eases from the situation and miracles can happen.

Each of the separate but inter-related aspects in the title can have its own emotionally challenging minefield of negative beliefs and limiting patterns of behaviour. Together we work to ease any troublesome obstacles, and allow a more positive and healing energy to prevail which helps you in your desires and expectations.

Parenting is a life long commitment and I doubt many parents ever feel free of responsibility. But no-one ever said it would be easy. Challenges rear, confrontation happens, and some relationship issues are most definitely stressful and troublesome. It can even be something as simple as questioning your ability as a parent which can make problems seem bigger. I help you to believe in you.

Key Point:
