31st of December 2015 I decided to join Sarah Arrow’s 30 Day Blog Challenge. I am an innocent; I had no time for advance planning and was just aware that I need to improve my blogging skills. I am Scottish, enjoy Hogmanay and started this challenge on January 1st.
I’m a holistic practitioner helping others with confidence issues, anxiety, limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour, so this month I imagine I will be self-medicating.
My first week’s round up of posts.
In original order of writing; no fancy tweaking. Just maybe you will see an improvement by day 7.
Day 1: Reminiscing bygone Hogmanays. A smidgen of memories from Scottish Hogmanays; First Footing.
Day 2: My decisions, my challenges. A 30 day Blog Challenge and a return to the gym challenge.
Day 3: Stressed or emotionally challenged: Points to consider. Rediscover a Joie de Vie: Some pointed questioning for you to answer.
Day 4: Decluttering-It’s that time of year. No more buts…Decluttering the attic and why we need to declutter our mind space. If you want better then it’s got to be done.
Day 5: A poet in the family. Kate Miller’s book ‘The Observances’ short listed for a Costa Book Award 2015.
Day 6: Emotional support for clarity and confidence during and after divorce. I specialise in helping you to move on from this difficult experience. I’ve walked the walk.
Day 7: EFT aka Tapping to relieve feelings of stress and anxiety. A self-help tool to manage stress; a transformational experience when working with a skilled practitioner.

Congratulations for joining the challenge! I did it one year ago and since then I gained soooo much! Experience and friends… what else could I ask for? Wishing you success!
Thank you. That\’s what I hope for too.
