With all that and the prospect of a tribunal I was extremely distressed and very depressed. I couldn’t sleep or eat and used the Healing Codes daily.

Doing a healing code before tribunal meetings allowed me to remain calm and to retain my power and control. Having trained in EFT myself I know the benefits that tapping can bring. However, I needed the support of another practitioner to help me work through the emotions I was feeling. I had five EFT / Matrix Reimprinting sessions with Susan. The Matrix Reimprinting helped rebuild my self-esteem and confidence. I discovered that some emotional debris from early childhood memories had reinforced some negative issues around the tribunal.

I am continuing on my healing journey and, as yet, have not looked for work or set up my own EFT / Reconnective Healing practice. I see this healing time as the equivalent of Eckhart Tolle’s two years out on a park bench, people watching and learning to be in the moment.

We are not alone; should we choose we can learn from others, take and use information generously shared, be encouraged and in some cases enlightened.
