Nutritional drinks, Clean 9 and EFT

Nutritional drinks, Clean 9 and EFT/Matrix Reimprinting all play their part in my weight loss programme.

Looking forward to making my gorgeously nutritional drinks again and starting Forever Clean 9. I went on holiday to Australia and Thailand overweight but fortunately due to the big heat I didn’t overeat or overdrink so very few pounds were added on; water retention issue manages that! The regime starts today! Some of you may ask why I didn’t make the effort to ‘tidy up’ before I left- well it’s simple I was aware my mindset was just not going to go there, so I accepted that situation. Wasn’t over the moon but did not fight it. I feel happy to start the work now without much distress and no self tapping, however my EFT tapping will soon support me and my intention, and I will work on

‘ Even though I could find all this dieting and clean living a drag I am happy and keen to enjoy success and I love and accept myself as best I can for the moment’.

I as many of you know, help clients with mindset issues but success has a huge opportunity to be realised when the intention is there without the battle, when there is a desire and acceptance for change and transformation. I am like my clients; I need to want change.
