Just prepared a short Talk I’m giving next week at The Hampshire Festival of The Mind and one part I share and play with is HeartMath Breathing; a simple effective breathing technique which lowers stress when in fight or flight; or just stressed.
It helps you to work intuitively and in a more common sense way – without the mind shoving its weight around.

You may have heard people promoting ‘Working from a heart based place'; generally this means that people are giving and offering their talents in an intuitive, common sense way which feels good to many people; not pressurised by the mind (Ego) shouting out instructions which can often make you feel more emotionally stressed or anxious when striving to achieve your goals.
Here’s a quick set up to practice HeartMath Breathing. When done individually, in groups or on a very large scale the energy shift around your environment and globally can be impressive.
