Momentarily this morning my thoughts were a little like this.
The moment is now; right now! I’m going to organise a blog, plan my week better, do my newsletter which I haven’t done in weeks because I’ve been very good and active doing this that and the other (3 Talks and exhibiting at an event), so the moment is now. And, I’m going to plan my To Do list so that I can achieve what I intent to achieve.
If you have spells of driving yourself hard just when you’ve deserved time-out consider what would happen if you looked at it all in a less franetic way?

- Other moments have gone
- Future moments are still to happen
So what are we doing now?
What are we accepting and embracing now?
What gives us peace now?
