I share The Emotional Scale, a favoured resource from my book Survive and Thrive after Trauma.
The Emotional or Vibrational Scale allows understanding
- why some individuals appear to shine with love or confidence
- why others find life emotionally challenging
Vibrating at low level makes health, wealth, happiness or success appear unachievable and although anger and unforgiveness may be justifiable, remaining in that emotional place is a form of self regulated imprisonment.
Watching someone shine passes on positive energy. It travels to us whether we ask for it or not. In turn we pass it on and so it grows.
So, where do you fit on the scale?

During my Matrix Reimprinting learning, I listened to a Matrix webinar on Forgiveness given by Natasha Abudarham Black. Natasha spoke about her need to forgive. There may be variations of the Emotional Scale. I am sharing Natasha’s. If we look at the table and believe that we vibrate at the higher end of the scale then we are in good emotional condition. The further down the emotional scale we place ourselves, the poorer our quality of emotional contentment or happiness. Natasha states that this Scale has been adapted from various sources including Phoenix Training, Students from the Law of Attraction Training Center, ‘Truth vs. Falsehood’ by Dr David Hawkins MD, ‘The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent’ by Esther, Jerry & Abraham Hicks. Each section is often in a different colour. After questioning your position on the scale, consider that you have a choice. A positive outcome for you if you can allow forgiveness to be part of a healing process. There is no magic wand, no magic time scale, only a probable realisation and understanding that it would be good to feel the warmth and beauty of what is around you. Surely, that has to be a lovely thought!
