Tip 2. Overwhelm can cause panic and uncertainty. Mistakes happen. Take 5 minutes to prioritise. No point waiting till burn out.
Tip 3. The good feeling you experience when succeeding in a task or when you have enjoyed a good laugh, is valuable. Enjoy it.
Tip 4. Give yourself the gift of Heart Math Breathing. We think too much: this calms.

Inhale for 5 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds
Do this for 2 minutes! More if you can. Enjoy.
