What sets you off on the destructive route of Anger?
Anger is interesting. Do you need a fix of anger (think addiction) or is your Anger a mask for fear, pain, sadness or hurt?
This video is aimed at beginners to EFT but don’t let that stop you releasing some pent up anger.
What makes you angry? When you are Tapping, think about the trigger to your anger. It can be injustice, disbelief, hatred, annoyance, deep sadness. Whatever it is, it is not good and certainly not worth hanging on to. It needs cleared. It is a very destructive and negative emotion. It is really not smart to hang on to it, regardless of the justification you may feel and believe. It is potentially very bad for your health.
So, try to rise above, do not give it more strength. Release it and be free of it.
The better choice is a feeling of release, of contentment, of love (but that may be too difficult for some of you at the moment, but please strive for love, because unless you can love yourself, obstacles will trip you up, get right in your way!)
Use words which resonate with you! Swear your head off, release the stress, say what feels right for you!
