Transformation – EFT Emotional Healing to clear ‘blocks’ to success.

I have just come back from holiday enthusiastic about blog writing- and my subject is obviously the subject of the moment. Transformation. The work I do with EFT and Matrix is all about transformation. A client feels the need to change an area of their life. They may wish to change someone else’s ‘bad’ habit, but all change comes down to the individual. We are all responsible for ourselves, fundamentally it is no-one else’s issue… Change is easy to do, if you want to do it. You can dream of being the most successful person you can believe possible for yourself. You can change the most debilitating and disastrous habits- Real ‘heavy duty’ transformation is needed here. You can change ‘little trigger niggles’ It is believed that most of our ‘triggers’ are in place before we are 6 years old. It takes work to alter these. EFT is an Emotional Healing therapy which is able to clear the ‘blocks’ which can stand in the way of our success. We can change. Be the best we can be… but time and effort is usually necessary. No magic wand! I make positive affirmations, AND, they work, but old well practised ‘triggers’ can still get in the way! They need removed. July 11, 2011
