EFT is an effective therapy to treat Stress and Anxiety Management. I think I will start the next few blogs with that statement.
At the moment, online, there is so much information being given regarding EFT. Guest speakers have given interviews and detailed and specific EFT sessions. Topics so far have covered eg. Relationship challenges, Tapping into Abundance and How EFT works with Physical Pain. Facts such as 95-98% of behaviour is done on a sub-conscious level. Many of our beliefs have been set in place since under the age of 6. When EFT treats a specific belief, and the trigger has been cleared, and perhaps another related trigger is cleared, then other relevant troubles seem to almost automatically improve also. Tapping on acupuncture points has a calming and an almost rippling effect on reducing anxiety on many levels.
Stress in the body plays a huge part in physical disease. The belief system within each of us can become problematic. Emotional triggers cause stress. Stress and anxiety need to be addressed when the distress really starts to cause havoc. EFT is used to bring levels of anxiety down and Matrix ReImprinting takes the trigger away from the memory. The event still happened, the players in the memory still had their part, but, it is not necessary to suffer the memory response for ever. The sting gets taken out.
It has frequently been suggested to me that at networking meetings I should ease up on the explanation of the tapping and how it all works. I have been told to just tell people what EFT can do.
