Isn’t it a bit strange, most of us know when we are bothered about something. I dare say most of us ignore it too. Since doing EFT and reading loads about the psychology of body pain and how we can choose to block the bad stuff, if we recognised and acknowledged our body triggers, we could then sort ourselves out quicker.
In my case, rightly or wrongly, I am taking note of a knee tweak and shoulder and shoulder blade tweaks. Now my knee could be because I climbed Arthur’s Seat in Edinburgh over the New Year break- (ok, showing off, but it doesn’t have to be doom and gloom, believe me – humour is a wonderful medicine) but knee trouble, from a psychological angle can mean that you are stopping yourself from moving forward.
The shoulder stuff can be – ‘the weight I am carrying and do not want’ I tap on those.
Now that doesn’t mean that life will suddenly be rosy but it will allow the lessening or clearing of the discomfort and allow a freer ability to deal with whatever the issues may be.
