A wake up call this morning prompted me to write a post sharing tips to help those in need of some forgiveness to Self or forgiveness to others. The act of forgiving can be a crucial emotion to address when self-healing is desired. The Emotional Scale shows that if you run a Mindset running high on Unforgiveness then you are experiencing a highly debilitating and very self-sabotaging emotion. When you move beyond the state of being unforgiving, then you and those around you benefit; the healing vibration ripples out encompassing many.
Why am I writing this today?
Because I have just received a phone call asking if I was coming to do my EFT Talk at CancerWise in Chichester. I had not put it in my diary. So no I was unable to give my Talk.
Later in the morning I realised that I had indeed put it in my diary. However when I checked this morning I was ‘a week ahead’! I remember smiling as I checked the diary and had a free day to just get on with the little household things.
Well there you go; beat yourself with stick time. And I’d just been thinking that I was succeeding in allowing a gentler flow, less overwhelm, into my life!
I felt ghastly when I realised what had happened but it prompted this Post.
I am not going to over-egg my mishap. I recognised that I could angst horribly all day over this so I took 5 minutes and Tapped. I do not tap daily but I spent 5 minutes doing some EFT and chose to allow myself to be off the hook.
My belief is that if you are still reading my Post then you will be able to forgive and move on. Those who feel wholly justified in their state of unforgiveness probably won’t actually be reading on because they are unaware that there is hope, or a need to hope, for better.
