Are you ready to ‘Dust yourself off and start all over again; or have you been ready for a while and just not got round to it?’
I am running a workshop in Rowlands Castle, Hampshire based on ‘Recharge Your POWER’: my self-discovery programme for those who have been emotionally bashed around by some of life’s bigger challenges.
It’s Saturday April 26th 2014. 10am – 4pm
The workshop is aimed at those
Here is a superb example of the energy points used in Tapping.
We tap on energy channels of the body and state aloud our issue of concern.
Stress, anxiety, feelings of anger or frustration can be reduced using Tapping.
Matrix Reimprinting can then work to further improve old and often debilitating negative beliefs.
In December I was interviewed by Suzy Miller the Alternative Divorce Guide for The Huffington Post; the interview was titled Dealing with Divorce Stress over Christmas. My video What is EFT? was also promoted.
However divorce stress is not unique to Christmas and I have developed a Pre/Post Divorce programme, ‘I’m Ready To Move On’.which guides members through a gentle and challenging self-discovery process to a place of moving on. Continue reading
When emotionally driven to seek resolution, you’ve probably set your intention.
An endless list when fighting for what you need, want, expect.
Notice the words: fight, won’t, fear, justification. These are negative words. They do not offer help for a positive solution. Continue reading
Who enjoys a reality check? Doubt they are pleasant to many of us. Very recently my daughter has moved to Australia and I am faced with certain realities. So do you struggle to face reality: The Real World?
When I give Talks I always include the statement
‘Our beliefs are our reality’
Some of us can and do face reality. Continue reading
Phobia. The conscious mind often knows the event causing the phobia: The place to start.
Sometimes the event is hidden in the sub-conscious: Deeper EFT and Matrix Reimprinting is necessary.
EFT Resource Sheet: Tapping Routine on Fear of Flying
Consider the issue, be specific and quite short in length, use words TRUE to you and change the words as necessary.
Be very repetitive in the first 2 rounds, then adapt to what you need
If you get stuck
If you are questioning focus, attitude, passion, mojo, confidence- I have added PTT to my EFT skills.
A superb addition when working with
PTT is very simple and mind blowingly effective, as is EFT and Matrix ReImprinting. The practitioner DOES not need to know the story. We deal with feelings. Feelings, the thing that so many people do not realise are key! Actually, with PTT we need to know VERY little at all. This may be helpful to anxious parents.
At our Course we learned and worked with a process where a small number of pictures are drawn, tapping follows after each picture. Resolution to the focussed issue can be easily achieved.
This sounds simplistic. You are correct : it is. The success rate is impressive. We in the trade know the results with Matrix and EFT are impressive. This way of clearing stuff – the negative and imprisoning beliefs, the phobias etc is suitable for all emotional healing.

For almost 2 years I have fought against saying I am a mentor. I held strongly to saying I am an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner.
Why? Well I’m not really sure. But over that time I know that I have healing skills, I have counselling skills, I work with the sub-conscious to change mindset and my background is in teaching. I know, understand and accept that in the mainstream psyche, EFT is not recognised as a 1st choice to treat emotional troubles. Continue reading

The mind can play funny tricks! A couple of days ago, Carolyn Barbour, a facebook and networking friend, mentioned that she unfortunately went to feed a friend’s cat and found that it had died!
I mentioned on her Facebook page that my present neighbour, and good friend, had almost had that experience with Herb’s cat, but then a week or so later, a friend’s cat did actually die when she was caring for it.
Later, I remembered that, a few years ago, one of my dearly loved cats had died when my [old] neighbour was looking after it. I had forgotten. Continue reading
