Stop Procrastinating, Start Doing is a six part home study programme to uncover and highlight your true qualities. The programme is sent to you by email.
The programme offers the opportunity for growth and a strengthening of self-confidence. Through questioning you will unravel the beliefs which have led to self-doubt and procrastination and clear the way to unleashing your full potential.
The programme comprises a specific range of tried, tested and very effective questioning, some closely based on Clean Language with supporting techniques to ease times of unease, resistance and procrastination. These techniques include EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping videos; a series of audio recordings to help you relax, meditate and visualise your goal, and Heart Math Breathing useful to ease panic or strong negative feelings.
